QMS CO-ORDINATOR

We are seeking to appoint a Management Representative (MR) on a Full time Basis for ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 Audit for an Engineering company, specifically focusing on Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field and demonstrate proven expertise in audit documentation and associated activities required for successful audit completion.

· Oversee and coordinate QMS and EMS audit processes in line with ISO standards.

· Prepare, maintain, and update all documentation necessary for audit readiness, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.

· Liaise with internal teams to collect, verify, and organize records and evidence for audit purposes.

· Facilitate audit meetings, walk-throughs, and corrective action follow-ups as required.

· Assist in the development and implementation of audit-related policies and procedures.

· Support the continual improvement of QMS and EMS processes through effective documentation and communication.

· 3 years’ experience as a Management Representative or similar role in ISO Audit (QMS + EMS).

· Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and audit methodologies.

· Proven track record in documentation management, including preparing manuals, procedures, forms, and audit reports.

· Ability to coordinate audit activities and interact professionally with external auditors.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
