Job Description

  • Property Scouting & Market ResearchIdentify and scout new commercial, industrial, and retail properties across assigned locations
  • Build and maintain a database of available properties (sale/lease)
  • Coordinate with property owners, brokers, MIDC authorities, and local contacts
  • Regularly update property details such as location, size, pricing, and availability
  • Client Visits & Site CoordinationArrange and accompany clients for property site visits
  • Explain property details clearly and professionally to clients
  • Act as a bridge between clients and property owners
  • Ensure smooth coordination during inspections and discussions
  • Client Interaction & Professional HandlingMaintain a professional appearance and communication during meetings
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up with clients post visits and maintain relationship records
  • Support senior management during negotiations when required
  • Documentation & ReportingPrepare basic property reports, visit summaries, and client feedback
  • Maintain records of leads, visits, and closures
  • Share weekly updates on new properties and client activity
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate / MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–3 years experience in real estate / property sourcing / field sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)
  • Good local area knowledge of Mumbai & nearby industrial zones
  • Confident, presentable, and client-facing personality
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
