Job Description - Sales (Direct/Channel | Residential / Commercial)

Leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai and Thane

ONLY REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE

Location: Thane / SOBO

Role Objective:

To drive sales of residential and commercial projects through a combination of direct customer engagement and channel partner management, ensuring achievement of revenue, booking, and collection targets in line with the developer’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales:

• Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and referrals for residential and commercial projects
• Conduct site visits and present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory
• Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for bookings, documentation, and collections

Channel Sales:

• Appoint, onboard, and manage residential and commercial channel partners
• Conduct broker meetings, site visits, and project briefings
• Support channel partners with pricing, inventory availability, and deal structuring
• Monitor lead quality, conversions, and revenue contribution from channel partners
• Manage channel agreements, brokerage structures, and timely payouts

Governance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with RERA and internal sales guidelines
• Maintain accurate customer and channel data in CRM systems
• Track sales performance, pipeline status, and collections
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ Years of experience in real estate sales with a developer (residential and/or commercial)

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to Sales Manager / Head – Sales / VP – Sales
• Works closely with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project Teams

Compensation & Benefits:

·        Per Annum CTC of INR 9L to INR 12L plus benefits as per company policy
