Reception Cum Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads, convert inquiries into memberships, and meet/exceed daily or monthly sales targets.
• Member Engagement: Conduct gym tours, explain membership benefits, and educate prospects on app usage.
• Relationship Management:Maintain high-quality customer service to boost retention.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage CRM systems, process payments, and maintain documentation.
• Marketing Support: Assist with club promotions and outreach activities.
