Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Handle inbound queries in a professional and polite manner

Generate and qualify leads

Follow up with customers to maintain relationships

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

Handle objections and close calls positively

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions

Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

👤 Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Polite and customer-friendly approach

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Ability to handle rejection positively

Strong convincing and negotiation skills
