Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
- Schedule and manage meeting timings; coordinate meeting rooms and arrangements
- Handle visitor management, including entry register and visitor coordination
- Attend and route incoming calls; make outgoing calls when required
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure office cleanliness and hygiene
- Instruct and supervise housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Manage vendors related to office maintenance, supplies, and services
- Maintain MIS reports and basic office records as required
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable at all times
- Follow instructions and tasks assigned by seniors and management
- Support general administrative and office coordination activities
- Skills & Requirements:Basic knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions efficiently
- Presentable, polite, and professional behavior
