Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a Recruiter – Loan DSA who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for various loan products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Auto Loans. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, knowledge of the lending ecosystem, and experience in BFSI recruitment.

• Key Responsibilities:Source and recruit Loan DSAs / Channel Partners / Agents through portals, referrals, field hiring, and networking
• Screen candidates for loan sales experience, market reach, and compliance suitability
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding of DSAs
• Maintain and manage DSA pipeline and database
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and agreement execution
• Work closely with sales and credit teams to meet monthly DSA onboarding targets
• Train DSAs on product offerings, eligibility, and process (basic level)
• Monitor DSA activation and initial performance
• Ensure recruitment is in line with company and regulatory guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in BFSI / Loan / DSA / Channel Partner recruitment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of loan products and lending processes
• Ability to work on targets and deadlines
• Good networking and field hiring capability
• Familiarity with job portals and social sourcing
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience recruiting Loan DSAs or sales agents
• Understanding of local lending markets
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Comfortable with field work if required
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of DSAs onboarded per month
• DSA activation ratio
• Compliance and documentation accuracy
• Retention of recruited DSAs
