About the Company:

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading and managing sales

initiatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s footprint in the financial

sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, deep understanding of

financial products/services, and proven expertise in B2B/B2C sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

● Identify, engage, and build relationships with key clients and financial institutions.

● Reach out to Promoters/ CFOs of corporates over calls and conduct physical

meetings to build strong relationships.

● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial products to identify

opportunities.


● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop solutions

tailored to client needs.

● Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients.

● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


RequiredQualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA in Finance/Marketing

is preferred.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account

management within the financial sector.

● Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.

● Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

● Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
