Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager (Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Department: Sales / Customer Relationship
Employment Type: Full-Time (On Kotak Bank Payroll)
Location: Thane
Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking Sales / BPO Telecalling. (Freshers not eligible)
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Age: 18 to 30 years
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Skills Required:
- Strong mathematical and calculation ability
- Persuasive and confident telecalling skills
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
Requirements: No employment gap exceeding 6 months will be considered.
- Candidate must be polished and professional.
Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum (based on interview performance)
- Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
- 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
