Job Description
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities of stewards and service staff
- Ensure smooth restaurant floor operations
- Take guest orders and ensure timely service
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain hygiene and service standards as per company policy
- Assist in table setup and service preparation
- Check billing accuracy before presenting to guests
- Train new staff members
- Maintain attendance and duty roster (if required)
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Ability to work in shifts
