Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for experienced Brand Promoters to promote and sell our products at our kiosk in Viviana Mall, Thane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Genda Phool products to customers at the kiosk

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, and handling complaints

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brand

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Genda Phool products, ingredients, and promotions

- Ensure the kiosk is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing

- Operate the billing system and manage cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

- At least 1.5-2 years of experience of sales in Modern Trade or FnB brands (e.g., Nature's Basket, Freshpik, Third Wave, ice cream brands, gifting brands, food & beverage brands, Starbucks) as a promoter.

- Basic English communication skills and ability to operate a billing system

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations

- Ability to work during mall timings (11am-11pm) for 9-hour shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
