Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Showroom (Thane- Hiranandani Estate)

time- 11 AM to 9 PM

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly with a luxury boutique experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits (Kurtis, Coord Sets, Suits, etc.)
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling (Dupattas, accessories, combos)
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
• Maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers

2. Product Knowledge

• Have strong knowledge of all product categories, fabrics, sizes, and pricing
• Stay updated with new arrivals, designs, and ongoing offers
• Guide customers on styling, fitting, and combinations

3. Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and premium display standards
• Arrange garments as per category (Coord Sets, Ethnic Wear, Western Wear, etc.)
• Ensure proper folding, hanging, and size-wise arrangement
• Assist in window display and festive visual merchandising

4. Billing & POS Handling

• Handle billing using POS system (Zakya / Hike / Lightspeed)
• Ensure accurate billing, barcode scanning, and payment handling
• Support in inventory updates and stock checking
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries smoothly

5. Inventory Management

• Assist in stock counting and replenishment
• Maintain stock accuracy (sizes, colors, variants)
• Report fast-moving and slow-moving items to management
• Ensure proper tagging and barcode labeling

6. Customer Experience & Service

• Provide trial room assistance and styling suggestions
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain polite and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Build WhatsApp / CRM-based customer connect for repeat sales

7. Sales Support & Marketing

• Inform customers about offers, new collections, and festive discounts
• Support in social media content (customer photos, reels, styling videos if required)
• Encourage customer feedback and reviews

8. Discipline & Store Operations

• Follow store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Ensure safety and security of products
• Work as a team to achieve store targets

Key Skills Required

• Good communication (Hindi + Basic English)
• Sales-oriented mindset with pleasing personality
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Interest in fashion and styling
• Customer handling skills

Bonus (Preferred)

• Experience in garment retail / boutique sales
• Knowledge of ethnic and western fashion trends
• Familiarity with WhatsApp selling / Instagram
