Retail Store Manager

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays

• Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed

• Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Demonstrate products and recommend suitable merchandise

• Answer customer questions regarding products

• Assist customers with purchase decisions

• Place special orders when required

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
