About Us:

Aditya Enterprises is a reputable painting contracts company based in Mumbai. We specialize in providing high-quality external and internal painting services for buildings, working with some of the most prestigious builders in the industry. This opening is specifically for our ongoing external painting project with Rustomjee at Thane.

Role Overview:

The Safety Supervisor will ensure a safe working environment for all workers on-site, overseeing safety protocols and the proper functioning of equipment. This role is critical to maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• Ensure all workers are equipped with and consistently use the full safety PPE kit while working.

• Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to PPE requirements.

2. Equipment Maintenance:

• Monitor the proper functioning of all equipment, especially cradles and scaffolding.

• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

3. Safety Talks and Training:

• Organize and conduct regular toolkit talks to educate and remind workers about safety protocols.

• Address site-specific safety concerns and provide actionable solutions.

4. Safety Kit Management:

• Ensure all safety kits are well-stocked, properly maintained, and ready for use at all times.

• Conduct periodic audits of safety gear to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in a safety role within the construction or painting industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with site managers and workers to uphold safety protocols.

• Certification in workplace safety or a related field is a plus.
