Job Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and corporate clients
  • Present and explain products/services to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
  • Maintain a database of clients and update CRM regularly
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity






Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction/interior/industrial products)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools






Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Knowledge of operable walls, interiors, or building materials (added advantage)
  • Strong networking skills in the construction or corporate sector
