• Demonstrate how mock tests help students prepare for school exams and future competitive exams.

Student & Parent Counselling

• Understand the student’s class, exam goals, strengths, and challenges.
• Counsel students and parents on the right mock test plans based on their needs.

Sales Conversion

• Convert qualified leads into paid mock test subscribers.
• Handle objections related to price, value, comparison, and trust professionally.

Demo & Onboarding Support

• Guide students on app installation, login, and mock test usage.
• Ensure smooth onboarding after successful payment.

Target Achievement

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track conversion ratios and improve performance consistently.

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Share daily sales reports and feedback with the reporting manager.

Feedback Collection

• Collect feedback from students/parents regarding mock tests and app experience.
• Share insights to improve product features and sales scripts.

Ethical & Trust-Based Selling

• Maintain transparency, honesty, and long-term trust with customers.
• Represent Collective Wisdom’s vision of quality education and student success.
