The shortlisted candidates will give telephonic interview so that we can check their communication followed by walk in/Personal final interview with the concerned /Director.

1) Experience Of Purely Sales Co-Ordination Of Atleast 7 to 9 Years.

2) If With Textile Base Or Garment Region Will be Appreciated.

3) Need to Handle Atleast 50 to 75 + Customers.

4) Should Work as a Back-Bone for the Sales Team.

5) Must be Concern for Improve & Increase Company Business.

6) Must be Concern to Maintain the Customers By Giving Good & Prompt Service.

7) If Any Candidate Of Sales Who Was Working On Field & Now Want To Work in Office is also OK.

8) English & Hindi Must be Fluent in Speaking & Writing & Drafting.

9) Salary Purely Depends Upon Very Well Experience & Calibre as Sales Co-Ordinator.

10) Job Description :-

a.    To Contact Customers & Increase the Business.

      b) To Attend Customers & Serve them in Best & Better Manner.

      c) To Attend Phone Calls & Give Perfect Feedback to Customers.

      d) To Check Emails & Respond to Emails Within in 10 Minutes Max.

      f) To Co-Ordinate with Factory/Production People & Give Feedback & Response to Customers Promptly.

      g) To Generate the Proforma Invoices On Our ERP.

      h) To Follow-Up for Payments Personally By Sending Emails as Well by Phone Call.

i.    To Get the Feedback of All Samples sent to Customers.

      J) Customers Should Feel that they are Talking to Some Sensible Person in a Professional Company.

k) they will be On Contract Pay Roll for First Three Months.- ---------------------------------------

      l) After Completion Of Successful Training Will be Taken On Company Pay Roll Directly On Probation Of 6 Months.                  Please inform them before hand

      m) Will be Eligible for Incentives As Per Targets Given Once Completes 03 Months Training.

      n) candidates should be from Ghatkopar to Kalyan area are preferred. the work place will be in Thane Office,

        But Will have to Attend the Bhiwandi Factory Maybe Once Or Twice in a week    

      o) Age is not at all a Criteria. Can be between 35 Years Age to 45 Years Of Age.
