About Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive from the Travel & Tourism background who can effectively connect with customers, promote travel packages, and convert leads into successful bookings. They are responsible for exceeding sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring team performance. Drives business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and building strong client relationships.

Can work under a core sales environment and do heavy sales negotiations. Born to work under a target & incentives-oriented process


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries and sales.
  • Pitch and sell domestic & international travel packages.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain follow-ups with clients for booking confirmations and payments.
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams for itinerary planning.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outreaching all the leads assigned and ensuring a 15% conversion on sales
  • Hardcore sales skills with excellent negotiation skills

 

Skills Required:

  • Sales Expertise
  • Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tele Sales (Travel industry preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven conversion records in the past.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone.
  • Mandatory language: Gujarati (fluent in speaking & understanding).
  • Age: Between 19 to 35 years.
  • Knowledge of Tourism products, destinations, and packages is essential.
