🔹 Job SummaryWe are hiring 70 Lead Generation Executives for a Real Estate process. Candidates with real estate experience in BPO are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

• 🔹 QualificationMinimum HSC Pass
• Real Estate experience in BPO industry preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• 🔹 Salary StructureFresher: ₹16,000 In-hand
• Experienced: Salary depends on last drawn salary (Up to ₹32,000 In-hand)
• 🔹 Roles & ResponsibilitiesOutbound calling to potential customers for real estate projects
• Generate qualified leads and book site visits
• Maintain daily call volume and productivity targets
• Provide project details clearly and handle customer queries
• Update CRM with call logs and customer data
• Follow up with interested customers
• Coordinate with sales team for lead handovers
