Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Associate Investment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-centric approach to help achieve company targets through effective property sales and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties, engaging prospective tenant leads.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits to showcase properties to potential tenants.
• Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and transactions in line with company standards.
• Expand and nurture the offline broker network to facilitate faster deal closures and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)
• Incentives based on sales revenue.
