Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Head to lead admissions sales for our IT Training Centre.

The role involves driving enrolments, managing counsellors, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales & education counselling team
• Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for IT courses
• Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
• Train and guide counsellors to improve performance
• Coordinate with marketing, training & placement teams
• Prepare sales reports and track targets
• Skills Required Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & closing abilities
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Experience in education sales / IT training preferred
• Eligibility Graduate (Any stream)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or education counselling
• Exposure to IT training institute sales is an advantage
