Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader with a

minimum 2 years experience in handling a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, and ensuring customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Convert lead to sales

● Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

● Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking,referrals,

● and site visits.

● Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer

satisfaction.

● Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

● Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.

● Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support.

● Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements:
