Job Description
- Contact potential customers through calls, leads, and site visits
- Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial) to clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits
- Follow up with interested clients and close sales deals
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
