Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive sales growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale.


Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and market demand.
  • Create content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Science field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., ZohoBooks).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
