Job Description
Outbound Sales Officer – Kotak Bank
Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time (On Kotak Bank Payroll)
Eligibility:
- Male/Female with minimum sales experience (No fresher)
- Graduate, Age: 18–32 years
- Basic English communication (able to read & give self-introduction)
- No career gap over 6 months
Compensation:
- Salary up to ₹3.1 LPA (CTC) based on interview
- Up to ₹4.0 LPA for candidates with 3+ years of sales experience & basic English
- Monthly incentives up to ₹24,000
Schedule:
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 8 weekly offs (4 Saturdays + 4 Sundays)
