Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to handle inside sales operations and manage our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, ensuring proper sales process, achieving team targets, and also actively generating sales through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the sales team

• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and order updates

• Ensure proper sales process and reporting discipline

• Achieve monthly sales targets (individual + team)

• Handle customer inquiries via phone & WhatsApp

• Follow up with dealers, distributors & retailers

• Convert leads into confirmed orders

• Maintain sales reports in Excel

• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Sales / Inside Sales

• Experience in team handling preferred

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Target-oriented and disciplined

• Experience in hardware / furniture / B2B sales preferred
