Security Guard

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company property, employees, visitors, materials, and equipment at PRS Infraprojects project sites and offices. The role includes monitoring entry and exit, preventing unauthorized access, and maintaining discipline and order on site.

• Key ResponsibilitiesControl and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Maintain a visitor register and vehicle movement register.
• Check employee ID cards and authorize access as per company policy.
• Ensure safety of company materials, machinery, tools, and assets.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site, office, and surrounding areas.
• Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized activities.
• Report any suspicious activity, incident, or safety issue immediately to the Site Manager/Security In-Charge.
• Assist during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security rules.
• Support night shift security and site closure procedures.
• Coordinate with other security staff and site management as required.
