Senior Architect

Key ResponsibilitiesSenior 

 10 years’ relevant experience in Design in luxury high rise tower and residential townships.

• Project Leadership: Act as project lead, managing teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations and profit targets. 
• Design and Planning: Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs, create detailed building plans, and resolve technical and design issues. 
• Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring project requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly. 
• Mentorship: Guide junior architects, provide training, and foster professional development within the team. 
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. 
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes. 
• Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field. 
• Licensing: Relevant state or national architectural license.
• Experience: Typically 8–10+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; LEED accreditation or green building experience is desirable. 
• Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills; ability to mentor and collaborate effectively. 
• Portfolio: Demonstrated experience across multiple project types and scales, showcasing creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
