Position Overview:

Disha Realtech Construction LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to manage project billing, BOQs, RA bills, and contractor coordination for our ongoing construction project in Thane.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, accuracy in documentation, and experience handling large-scale construction billing operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation & verification of RA Bills, Final Bills, and Contractor Bills
• BOQ preparation, checking, and reconciliation with drawings & site execution
• Certification of subcontractor bills and vendor payments
• Rate analysis, extra items, deviations, and variation statements
• Coordination with site engineers, planning team, and accounts department
• Client billing, measurement sheets, and billing documentation
• Maintain billing records, MIS reports, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications

🎓 Candidate Profile:Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 5+ years in construction billing (Residential/Commercial projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurement books, RA billing, contracts, and rate analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, billing software (ERP preferred)
• Experience in handling site-based billing operations
• Good coordination and documentation skills
