Job Role: Sr. Customer Service Representative (Backoffice Process)
Location: Thane
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Customer Service Representatives for the Insulet Backoffice process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle back-office operations efficiently, and flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office operations and customer service tasks efficiently
- Ensure accurate data processing and documentation
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service/back-office roles
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
Compensation & Benefits:-
- Salary: Up to ₹27,000 (Net Take Home)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs

- AMCAT Assessment
- Multichat Writex Test
- Operations Round
- Typing Test
- Assessment CriteriaAMCAT Score: Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2)
- Multichat Writex Score: Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2)
- At least one of the above assessments must meet C1 or C2 criteria
- Typing Requirement: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
