Job Role: Sr. Customer Service Representative (Backoffice Process)


Location: Thane

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Customer Service Representatives for the Insulet Backoffice process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle back-office operations efficiently, and flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle back-office operations and customer service tasks efficiently
  • Ensure accurate data processing and documentation
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Qualification: HSC or Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service/back-office roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • Salary: Up to ₹27,000 (Net Take Home)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs

Selection ProcessCandidates must clear the following rounds:

  1. HR Round
  2. AMCAT Assessment
  3. Multichat Writex Test
  4. Operations Round
  5. Typing Test
  • Assessment CriteriaAMCAT Score: Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2)
  • Multichat Writex Score: Cluster 1 (C1) or Cluster 2 (C2)
  • At least one of the above assessments must meet C1 or C2 criteria
  • Typing Requirement: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
