Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring

 Manpower Planning with respective HOD

 Recruiting and hiring as per the requirement based on Permanent/Temporary/ Contract

 Onboarding, Induction and On Job Training

 Maintaining employee’s database & employee’s personal files.

 Maintaining Employees Manpower Report (Addition / Deletion) for Head count.

Payroll Processing

 Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, leave

encashment, Advances, and other related aspects) & Generating Salary Statement.

 Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave, LWP for all levels of employees as per HR leave policy.

 Knowledge about statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, LWF, Maternity, Bonus, Gratuity, and dealing

with Statutory Consultant.

Training &Development

 Preparing Training Calendar and Conducting Training program and other related activities such as Agenda,

Attendance sheet, Feedback Form, etc.,

Employee Exit Process

 Processing of Full & Final Settlements as per statutory and company policy for resigned employees.

 Handle Admin related tasks such as Housekeeping Management, AMC

 Take care of employee engagement activities

Employee Relations

 Assist in employee absence and health issues, grievances, and all other employee-relations matters.

Audit/Legal/ Factory Requirements

 Handling Legal/ Audit requirements as per Factory needs.

 Well versed with the factory setup, having knowledge of various acts related to the factory, resolving

employee issues, industrial relations, settlement

Involved with Management

 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

 Managing MIS, preparation of HR reports as and when required by Management.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


 Audit-minded and strong attention to detail

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels

of staff and management in a diverse population

 Strong working knowledge with labor and employment laws and tax regulations.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE


 Graduate with a path focused on Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Administration

 Experience with Payroll, HRIS, HRMS/ Spine SoftwareRecruitment & Hiring
