Senior Interior Designer

Design & Documentation- Develop interior concepts aligned with FFDS design philosophy and client briefs- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design development drawings- Prepare detailed working drawings including furniture, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, and finishes- Coordinate with 3D visualization teams and review outputs for accuracy Client Coordination- Participate in client meetings and design presentations- Communicate design intent, materials, and execution constraints clearly- Incorporate feedback while maintaining design intent and timelines Site & Vendor Coordination- Conduct regular site visits to ensure correct execution- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors- Resolve site-level detailing and execution issues- Support material selection and finish finalization Internal Collaboration- Work closely with the Principal Architect and Operations team- Maintain drawing revisions and version control- Ensure timely sharing of drawings and information with execution teams
