Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple high-value turnkey interior projects.

● Provide strategic oversight to project teams, ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, commercial, production, and site execution.

● Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams to strengthen capability, performance, and accountability.

● Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, and value engineering opportunities to ensure financial targets are met.

● Review and validate drawings, BOQs, schedules, vendor allocations, and site readiness before execution.

● Conduct regular site audits to enforce quality standards, safety norms, and adherence to approved drawings and timelines.

● Establish and streamline communication channels across departments for efficient decision-making and faster project turnaround.

● Ensure optimal resource allocation; including manpower planning, subcontractor management, and material flow from factory to site.

● Maintain strong client relationships, lead review meetings, clarify scope, and manage escalations with confidence and clarity.

● Track project KPIs, prepare progress reports, identify risks early, and implement corrective action plans.

● Drive continuous improvement in execution processes, costing accuracy, and project documentation.

Requirements:

● 6–12 years of experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects, including exposure to multi-floor or large-area corporate/retail environments.

● Strong technical knowledge of interior execution, materials, joinery, finishes, and services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).

● Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.

● Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, GFC sets, BOQs, bar charts, and technical specifications.

● Proven track record in budgeting, resource optimization, vendor management, and quality control.

● Comfort with digital project management tools, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and on-site reporting systems.
