Senior Tour Executive

TRAVEL PLANNING AND COORDINATION -

·      Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements.

·      Book flights, hotels, visa services, transport, and travel insurance.

·      Plan cost-effective travel itineraries as per business requirements.

·      Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergencies

VENDOR AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

·      Liaise with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.

·      Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

·      Finalize contracts and rate agreements.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE

·      Manage visa processing, passport documentation, and travel insurance.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies and international travel regulations.

·      Maintain travel records and audit documentation.

REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

·      Maintain travel database and booking records.

·      Generate monthly travel reports and analytics.

·      Coordinate billing, invoice verification, and payment processing.
