Sheet Metal Estimator

We are looking for a technically sound Estimator to prepare cost estimates for windows, glazing, façade works and Entire Project Tender. The role involves quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and coordination with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis from drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for windows, glazing, and façade systems.
• Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams for technical and cost inputs.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in tender submissions.
• Support cost control and variation analysis during execution.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in façade, windows, or glazing estimation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of façade materials and systems.
