Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for the on-site execution, supervision, and technical coordination of modular support systems (including ceiling grids, floor-mounted frames, and cable management supports) specifically designed for high-tier Data Center environments.

Key Responsibilities

 * Site Execution: Supervise the day-to-day installation of modular steel supports, ensuring they align with approved GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.

 * Technical Coordination: Interface with the design team to resolve any on-site discrepancies and ensure modular components fit within the complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts of a data center.

 * Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure all installations meet Klemco’s quality standards and the specific structural tolerances required for sensitive data center equipment.

 * Safety Management: Enforce strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols, ensuring all labor and staff wear appropriate PPE (helmets, vests, etc.) and follow safe working practices.

 * Reporting: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track material consumption, and report milestones to the Project Manager.

 * Vendor & Labor Management: Manage on-site contractors and labor forces to maintain project timelines and productivity.
