Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce management
• Ensure execution of work as per drawings and safety standards
• Maintain material records and coordinate with Storekeeper
• Monitor subcontractor work and report progress to Project Manager
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with project specifications
• Daily reporting – manpower, material consumption & site progress
• Handle safety issues and follow company HSE guidelines

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering preferred
• Minimum 1–10years experience in building/infra projects
• Strong coordination & site management skills
• Knowledge of basic measurement & construction materials
• Ability to handle labor and resolve site issues
