As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Sky CA Classic team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and inspire a team of customer advisors, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer advisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing regular performance feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds goals.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.
