As an Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with the Sky Channel's Product Manager to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Your role involves analyzing data, forecasting trends, and implementing strategies to optimize the workforce, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional customer journey.

• Analyze and interpret data to forecast workforce requirements and trends.
• Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage real-time workforce performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align workforce strategies with business goals.
• Identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the workforce management process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to workforce management.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in workforce management.
• Support the training and development of the Sky Command Center team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in workforce management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to workforce management is preferred.
