Job Description
Sky Global Indian Premium - RM-Sky Channel-VRM - NR
- Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by in-depth profiling of the client, identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group
- Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness
- Acquire new affluent clients and increase the customer base
- Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products
- Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience
- Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements.
- Ensure client engagement at all times though regular connecting via Omni Channel
- Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
In depth NR product & process knowledge with mandatory NISM & IRDA certification
Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills
Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships
Open to work as per Global time zone
