The Sky Global Indian - NR - RM role is a customer-centric position, where you will be the primary point of contact for HNI clients. Your expertise in relationship management will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our valued customers.   • Manage and nurture relationships with HNI clients through email and inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide timely responses, and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell offerings.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and marketing, to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships to expand the bank's client base.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must for this role.
  • A proven track record in relationship management, with experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A deep understanding of the financial industry and a passion for staying updated on market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for efficient client management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organization.
