As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide accurate information. This role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their queries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on bank products and services.
• Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Document and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams.
• Stay updated with the latest bank policies, procedures, and product offerings.
• Maintain a high level of customer service standards and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• A basic understanding of banking products and services is an advantage.
