Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and providing timely, accurate solutions to our affluent clientele. You will be a part of the Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. family, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affluent customers, offering specialized support and guidance.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to complex customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

  • Expertise in affluent customer service and a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the affluent segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
