As a Sky Service CCU Affluent-SME, you will be the go-to expert for our Sky Channel customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and providing timely, accurate solutions to our affluent clientele. You will be a part of the Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. family, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.- Serve as the primary point of contact for affluent customers, offering specialized support and guidance.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to complex customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored recommendations.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for continuous improvement.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Expertise in affluent customer service and a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the affluent segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- A relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
