Sky Service Potential-RM-Customer Experience Center-Contact Centre Inbound
As a Sky Service Potential-RM, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience Center, focusing on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary role will involve making outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and resolving inquiries. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will be key to your success in this role.- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote the bank's products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and cross-selling bank products.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and bank offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and strategies.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, representing the bank's brand and values.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
