Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional responsible for sourcing qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving successful deal closures for our real estate projects.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Source potential buyers through field visits, channel partners, referrals, and digital leads.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with interested clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with CPs (Channel Partners) and onboard new partners regularly.
• Negotiate with customers and ensure timely closure of bookings.
• Update and manage leads through CRM and maintain daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for offers, project updates, and client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
