Sr. Manager Service Technical Support

Qualification and other criterions:

  1. BE / Diploma Engineer (Electrical) with relevant critical site experience in operation of  large sized Utility Equipment such as DG Sets, HVAC, Chillers, HT / LT Panels etc. data center .  
    1. Medium proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) 
    2. Soft skills – Safety awareness, troubleshooting skills, problem solving, 
  2. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills. 
  3. 10 Years of Experience for BE and 15 years for Diploma holders
  4. Minimum 8 years hands on experience in operation of Colo DC operation.
  5. Certification – CDCP /CDFOM and above.
  6. Good Communication Skills.
  7. Managed reporting team of minimum 40-50 staff.
  8. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  9. Able to read Electrical diagram (Control circuit, single line diagram) 
  10. Visit the site quarterly for operation review and technical emergency. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Review 52 week maintenance tracker (OEM & Inhouse). 
  2. Communication of changes to Site lead on time, in their role / responsibility. 
  3. Proper mapping of resources at all DC sites as per contractual obligations. 
  4. Prepare 12 months Training schedule for all resources cover technical & soft skill like Incidence mgmt.,behaviour.
  5. Technical evaluation tracker of each reporting resources.
  6. Incidence report and RCA to be prepared within time agreement with customer.
  7. Permanent restoration of faults at all times. 
  8. Overall management of spares, inventory and improvement projects. 
  9. Timely updating of asset inventory, all assets are maintained in good condition. 
  10. DG Diesel consumption and efficiency performance cover CPH & KWH/Ltr. 
  11. Implementation of EHS and Quality Guidelines. 
  12. Energy conservation program initiatives.
  13. Review of critical spares availability at site. 
  14. Conducting of audits to ensure quality of work especially PM / CM. 
  15. Reporting of all work-related injuries and fire incidents on time. 
  16. Availability and use of PPEs by resources while on work. 
  17. Review compliance documents.
  18. Periodic Review with Customer.
  19. Performance review with all AMC vendor.
