Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the watch showroom, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service, upselling, and ensuring clients receive personalized, high-touch experiences.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop a team of retail staff, providing ongoing motivation, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure the showroom is well-stocked with the latest models and accessories.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an aesthetically appealing and organized showroom that aligns with brand standards. Regularly update product displays to showcase new arrivals and best-sellers.
• Marketing & Promotions: Implement in-store promotions and events to attract new clients and retain loyal ones, collaborating with the marketing team as necessary.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Financial & Reporting: Oversee daily sales, manage cash flow, prepare reports, and meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
