Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the real estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals for roles such as sales executives, channel partners managers, marketing staff, and support roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads for sales, marketing, CRM, and operations hiring.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Manage job postings on platforms such as Naukri.com, Indeed, and LinkedIn, Apan
• Assist in preparing offer letters and joining documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Support HR activities like employee engagement and HR documentation.
