Process: Customer Service Executive (Tata Motors - Inbound Process)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
  • Good communication skills in required regional languages
  • Basic computer knowledge

Language Requirements:

  • Telugu
  • Kannada
  • Malayalam

Salary: ₹18,000 (in-hand)
