Job Overview:

 We are hiring Tele sales Team leader for our Sales Team Leader . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO Team Leader

Senior Team Leader (Sales/Outbound)

· Overall experience of 4+ years, with min 2 years of experience as a BPO Team Leader from Sales background.

· Good English Communication skills

· Experience of handling a span of 15-20 tele-callers

· Good problem solving, data analysis and dialer skills

· Salary range – 25k to 35k (in hand depending on last drawn and experience)

· Rotational Week off for Real Estate

· Age criteria above 25 years.Senior Team Leader (Sales/Outbound)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) / Associates

Assign tasks and monitor daily performance

Motivate the team to achieve productivity and quality targets

Handle attendance, shift planning, and workforce management

1–3 years of experience in BPO/Call Center
